| Pastors Dwain and Joel Wolfe and their family pioneered New Horizon
Christian Center in 1991. Dwain graduated in 1982 from Northwest
University with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in
Business. Joel graduated in 1983 as an RN and in 1998 with a Bachelor's
in Theology. Together they have served in full time pastoral ministry
since 1983.

Mark and his wife Tai moved here from New Covenant Fellowship in Kalispell Montana, where they served on the pastoral staff. At New Covenant they were the Generation pastors; overseeing Junior High through College Age ministry in a generation church model. They started a summer internship for high school students and the churches existing internship for post high school students. They also began a summer camp that became a main staple for the churches yearly calendar. He also oversaw the worship department at New Covenant. Mark was responsible for auditioning, training and organizing all aspects of the churches worship ministry as well as leading worship.
